We are conveniently situated just 30 minutes from the city of Exeter, 15 minutes from Exeter International Airport and 20 minutes from the M5. How To Find Us From The M5 From the A30 Honiton Take the turning to Ottery St. Mary, then the sign post to Sidmouth, travel until you come to the Bowd Inn which will be on your left. At the junction turn right onto the A3052. This will take you directly to Newton Poppleford. You will go over the River Otter and on your left you will see Otter Reach, pass this exit then immediately after, turn left at the Moor View entrance sign on the roadside, then immediately right and you will see a long blue cottage. Park outside and you will find a warm welcome within.
